【Personal Information Protection Policy】
Tryon Inc. (“Company”) is engaged in the language business based on its management philosophy of expanding the potential of people and organizations through education, and understands that the protection of personal information is an essential requirement for the conduct of the Company’s business activities. In order to properly handle all personal information used for the Company’s business, we have set forth this Personal Information Protection Policy as a standard of conduct to be complied with by all employees of the Company and applicants for NihongoDo Service Application Covenant, and made every effort to ensure the compliance therewith.
1. The Company shall comply with laws and regulations, guidelines and other standards set forth by the national government concerning the handling of personal information. Therefore, the Company shall develop and appropriately operate the personal information protection management system conforming to the Japanese Industrial Standards “Personal Information Protection Management System – Requirements” (JIS Q 15001).
2. The Company shall acquire, use and provide personal information appropriate for the content and size of its business. This includes not handling personal information beyond the extent necessary for the achievement of the specified purpose of use and taking necessary measures therefor.
3. The Company shall take measures to prevent and correct leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
4. The Company shall strive to respond appropriately and promptly to any complaints or inquiries regarding the handling of personal information.
5. The Company shall continuously improve the personal information protection management system.

【Handling of Personal Information in the Company】
The Company is making efforts to protect personal information by handling it as below in accordance with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information”, “Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (“Numbers Act”)” and “Personal Information Protection Policy of the Company”.
1.Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Company shall use the following personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
(1)Personal Information Handled in Language Business
●To communicate for provision of language services and to introduce and implement lessons
●To introduce products, services, campaigns, etc. of the Company and companies in alliance with the Company
●To request the provision of opinions and comments after the implementation of services
●To ask for a questionnaire
●To provide campaign services
●To analyze the service provision status within the scope of the Company’s business
(2)Personal Information Handled in Mail Order Business
●For shipping and settlement of the ordered products
●To respond to inquiries
●To develop and introduce products and services
(3) Personal Information of Job Applicants
●To provide information, communication and notices to the job applicants
●For employment screening
●For the personnel management affairs of the Company after employment of the job applicants
2.Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company shall properly manage the personal information it has obtained and shall not provide such information to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the person concerned.
3.Entrustment of Personal Information
The Company may outsource the handling of the provided personal information in whole or part to other companies within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use for the Company . In such a case, the Company shall select such subcontractor in accordance with the standards of the Company and deposit the personal information after entering into a confidentiality agreement.
4.Voluntariness of Provision of Personal Information
The provision of your personal information to the Company is voluntary. However, if you do not provide your personal information, it may affect the business related to the purpose of use specified in Paragraph 1 above, and you may suffer a disadvantage.
5.Inquiries, Disclosure, etc. of Personal Information
If you wish to inquire about the provided personal information, to be notified or disclosed of the purpose of use thereof, to make correction, addition or deletion of the contents thereof, or to suspend the use, erase or discontinue the provision to a third party thereof (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Disclosure, etc.”), please contact the inquiry desk below so that the Company may inform you of the necessary procedures. However, the Company may not comply with a request concerning information added by the Company, or disclosure, suspension of use, deletion, or discontinuation of provision to a third party if it might significantly hinder the proper implementation of the Company’s business. In addition, the Company will take necessary measures without delay in accordance with laws and regulations and internal rules of the Company. 6.Handling of Specific Personal Information
(1)The Company shall use an Individual Number only within the purpose of use specified by the Numbers Act.
(2)The Company shall not provide an Individual Number to any third party other than that specified by the Numbers Act.
(3)Upon completion of the affairs related to Individual Number set forth in the Numbers Act, the Company shall promptly erase or delete such Individual Number.
7.In the Event of Leakage of Personal Information
The Company shall immediately notify you if any problem such as leakage of personal information occurs.
All disputes, controversies or differences arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be filed to the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.)And the governing laws are the Japanese laws.
