The following is an indication based on Article 11 of the Specified Commercial Transactions Law, which applies to applications for and enrollment in the course.

| Return/Return Policy | The contract may be cancelled in writing or by e-mail for a period of eight days from the date of receipt of the General Terms and Conditions. If any money has been received in connection with the contract, the amount will be promptly refunded.(In the case of a person who did not take the cooling-off because he/she was misled by an act of misrepresentation or intimidation regarding the cooling-off, it's effective until eight days have passed from the date of receipt of the document stating that he/she can take the cooling-off again).
・If you complete the withdrawal procedure by one day prior to the start of your second month of the course, we will refund all fees paid. (It applies only for courses and plans that offer a full money-back guarantee.) Please note that the full refund guarantee applies only once. ・In the case of a course or plan that does not offer a full refund guarantee, or if the cancellation procedure is completed after the start date of the second month of lessons, the total amount paid by the member to the company will be deducted from the full amount paid by the member, in accordance with Article 49 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, plus the consulting fee, the monthly subscription fee already paid (the amount obtained by dividing the admission fee by the number of months of lessons and multiplying the monthly subscription fee paid by the member by the number of months elapsed), and the cancellation fee (an amount equivalent to either 50,000 yen or 20% of the remaining balance of the contract). In the event that the cancellation procedure is completed, we will refund to the member's account the total amount paid by the member, less the consulting fee, the amount of the completed monthly tuition (the amount obtained by dividing the admission fee by the number of months of lessons and multiplying the monthly tuition paid by the member by the number of months passed) and the cancellation fee (50,000 yen or 20% of the remaining contract amount, whichever is lower). We will bear the transfer fee. |
